• Whether the parties seek a virtual (Zoom) or in-person mediation and, if in-person, whether the parties or the mediator will provide a location for the mediation
• Whether the parties seek a full-day or half-day mediation
• Whether the case is single, multi-plaintiff, or class/collective/PAGA action
